Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 20, 2025
Welcome to KwikCrew Vallejo Concrete
These Terms of Service explain how we work with you when you hire us for concrete services. By booking a project with us, you agree to these terms. We have written this in plain English so everyone can understand what to expect.
Our Services
We provide professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. When you contact us, we will discuss your specific project needs and provide a clear estimate.
All estimates are good for 30 days. Material costs and labor rates may change after that time. We will always let you know if any changes affect your quote.
Scheduling and Payment
Once you approve our estimate, we will schedule your project based on weather conditions and crew availability. We typically require a deposit to reserve your spot on our calendar. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your contract.
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Final payment is due when the project is complete and you are satisfied with the work. We will walk through the finished project with you before collecting final payment.
Your Responsibilities
To help your project go smoothly, you need to provide clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that might be in the way. If we need access to water or electricity, please let us know before we start.
You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or homeowner association approvals. We can help guide you through this process if needed.
Weather and Delays
Concrete work depends on good weather. If rain or extreme temperatures are forecasted, we may need to reschedule your project. This protects the quality of your finished concrete. We will keep you informed about any schedule changes.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. All labor and materials come with a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by settling, earthquakes, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time. This is normal and does not affect the structural integrity. We use proper techniques like control joints to minimize visible cracking.
Changes to Your Project
If you want to make changes after we start work, just let us know. We will provide a revised estimate for any additional work. Changes must be approved in writing before we proceed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit to cover our scheduling and material costs.
Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. This protects you and our team during your project. You can request copies of our insurance certificates at any time.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have any concerns about your project, please talk to us right away. We want you to be completely happy with our work. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we agree to try mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal matters will be handled in Solano County, California.
