Our Foundation Installation Process

Next, we compact the soil and add base material if needed. Then we build and set the forms according to your plans, making sure everything is level, square, and at the correct elevations.

Before pouring, we install reinforcement steel according to engineering specifications. This might include rebar cages, dowels for connecting to future walls, and anchor bolts for attaching framing. We also coordinate with other trades to install any necessary plumbing or electrical that runs through the foundation.

When we pour, we use the specified concrete mix and make sure it's properly consolidated around all reinforcement. After the pour, we cure the concrete properly and schedule required inspections.
